Live Better Check if it’s right for you

The care you were told to put up with

“I am exhausted all the time, and I cannot explain why.”

Doctor-led midlife care for women in India. Ninety days, one named team, one plan, one record.

Check if it’s right for you

Support at 35, 45, 55 and after

Never too early.
Never too late.

Wherever you are in this, we meet you there. Open any one of them to see what it actually involves.

Waking at 3am and lying there.

One of the most common midlife complaints and one of the least investigated. Your psychologist works on it from the first session.

Sleep

Sudden heat, by day or in a meeting.

The symptom people expect, and often a very treatable one. We track how often they come and how much they bother you.

Hot flushes and night sweats

Outbursts, more worry, and words lost mid-sentence.

A real and documented part of this, not a character flaw. It gets a named clinician rather than a leaflet.

Mood, anxiety and brain fog

Tired in a different way.

Midlife changes how a body handles food and how it holds muscle. Eating less and moving more stops working.

Energy, weight and muscles

Gone strange, and nobody concerned.

Timing, flow and the gaps between are often the first thing to change. Some patterns need looking at quickly rather than watching.

Periods and cycle

Rarely asked about. Worth asking about.

Dryness, discomfort and pain during sex are common and treatable. Your doctor asks, so you do not have to raise it first.

Intimate and urinary health

The part nobody explained

Midlife, explained

Not a diagnosis and not a scare. Four things worth knowing before you decide what to do about any of it.

  • Where it begins

It starts years before your last period

Oestrogen does not switch off on a date. It swings, and the swinging starts while periods are still arriving, sometimes in the late thirties. That stretch has a name, perimenopause, and it is where most of what women describe actually happens.

Menopause itself is only a date, recognised twelve months after a last period. The years around it are the part nobody is warned about.

  • Why it is never just one thing

One cause, arriving at eight different doors

Receptors for oestrogen sit in the brain, the bones, the skin, the heart and the bladder, not only in the ovaries. One unsteady supply therefore shows up as fog, as aching, as dryness, as urgency, as a heart that races for no reason.

Each door leads to a different specialist, and each one finds nothing much. That is how a woman collects six opinions and no answer. One doctor holding all of it is the whole idea here.

  • The part that is not willpower

The same diet stopped working, and that is real

Appetite climbs, fullness arrives later, muscle gets harder to keep and fat settles differently around the middle. None of that is a change in your discipline, and none of it answers to being told to try harder.

What does work is specific and unglamorous. Food and movement built around your kitchen, your week, and what you will still be doing on day ninety.

  • Why three in the morning

The night breaks first, and the day pays for it

A night sweat lifts you out of deep sleep without fully waking you, several times, and by morning the night is gone. Mood, memory and appetite are all worse before the day has started.

It is the symptom most often waved through and the one most worth treating on its own, because everything else gets easier to treat once she is sleeping.

Do not just take our word for it

True stories,
once there are stories to tell

The first cohort is twenty women. When they finish their ninety days, the words here will be theirs.

  • “I thought it was just my age.”
  • I had been to three doctors in two years. The first one who read my whole history before I sat down was hers.
  • “Nobody had ever asked me about this part.”
  • Somebody finally asked about the things I was too embarrassed to bring up myself.
  • “I stopped explaining myself from the beginning.”
  • It is the same three people the whole way. I stopped having to explain myself from the beginning every time.

How Live Better works

1 A short form, about a minuteWho you are and what has been troubling you. Nothing clinical, no history, no numbers.

We ask permission before we message you, and the form is the only thing you fill in to find out whether this is for you.

If you would rather stop there, nothing else happens.

2 A call from your care navigatorA real person, the same day where we can.

She tells you honestly whether this is right for you, and if it is not, she says so and points you somewhere better.

She is the same person for all ninety days. You never explain yourself to a queue and you never chase anybody.

3 Your doctor, within daysShe reads your history and talks to you properly.

You tell it once. The hour is spent on you instead of on forms, and your plan is written inside that hour.

Across the ninety days that is three video consultations with your gynaecologist, three sessions with your psychologist and three with your nutritionist, plus guided movement you can do at home. All four of them read the same record, so nothing has to be said twice.

What else can we help you with

Questions people actually ask

Is this only for women who have stopped having periods?

No. Most women who come to us are still having periods and are somewhere in the years of change before they stop. That stretch is where the most can be done and where the least usually is.

Do I need to have had tests done already?

No. Your doctor decides which tests are actually worth doing, after she has read your history. Bringing recent reports helps, but nothing is required to start.

Is everything online, or do I have to travel?

Consultations and sessions are by video. Blood tests are done at a laboratory near you, and your navigator arranges it.

Who actually sees what I write in the form?

Your care team and nobody else. The intake goes to your own doctor, your psychologist and your nutritionist, so you tell your history once. It is not shared with anyone outside that team and it is not sold to anyone, ever.

What if this is not right for me?

Then we say so. If you are under 40 with these symptoms, if you may be pregnant, or if what you need is a specialist we are not, we tell you plainly and point you to the right place rather than take your money.

Are medicines and tests included?

Your basic tests are included in the price. We book them for you, and we arrange for supplements and any prescribed medicines to reach you.

Anything beyond that basic set is charged by the laboratory or the pharmacy directly, and we take no commission on anything your doctor recommends.
