Live Better

The terms of this website

Interim notice · last updated 16 August 2026

This is a plain-language interim version, published so that nothing on this site is a dead link while the full documents are under legal review. Where this page and the final counsel-reviewed version differ, the final version will govern, and this page will say so when it changes.

What this site is

This website describes the Live Better programme, a doctor-led 90-day midlife care programme for women in India, and lets you ask us to call you. Reading this website does not make you a member and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for seeing a doctor. It is general information about midlife health and about how the programme works. This is planned care, not an emergency service: if something feels urgent, go to your nearest hospital or call 112.

Joining the programme

Filling in a form is a request for a conversation, not a purchase. Whether the programme fits you is decided together, on a call with a real person, and membership begins only when both sides have said yes in writing. Programme terms, inclusions and fees are set out in the offer document you receive before you decide, and that document governs the programme itself.

Who can use this site

The programme is designed for adults. By submitting the form you confirm you are 18 or older and that the details you share are your own, or that you are helping someone who has asked you to.

Our content

The text, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to Live Better or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.

Liability

We work carefully, and this site is provided in good faith, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website itself. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing here limits our responsibility for the clinical care you receive as a member, which is governed by the programme agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
